I have difficulty swallowing tablets so liquid supplement is the best remaining option. I have searched for a year to find a supplement I could actually swallow without gagging. This product fit the bill for me. The flavor, while not wonderful is not too bad. I can easily swallow it and best of all there’s no awful aftertaste to ruin my appetite.
