Soft gel is easy to swallow and providing the recommended combination of vitamin and minerals. Decent price point.

I have difficulty swallowing tablets so liquid supplement is the best remaining option. I have searched for a year to find a supplement I could actually swallow without gagging. This product fit the bill for me. The flavor, while not wonderful is not too bad. I can easily swallow it and best of all there’s no awful aftertaste to ruin my appetite. I recommend to anyone trying to improve their iron levels. My level went up after taking for only a month. I can’t guarantee same result but would definitely recommend giving it a try.
