Great taste. The only vitamins l manage to take.

Soft gel is easy to swallow and providing the recommended combination of vitamin and minerals. Decent price point.

I have difficulty swallowing tablets so liquid supplement is the best remaining option. I have searched for a year to find a supplement I could actually swallow without gagging.
